With the aim of protecting aquatic ecosystems of Los Glaciares National Park and prevent the spread of invasive species such as the Didymo (Didymosphenia geminata), All participants must strictly comply with the established biosafety measures by environmental authorities. It is recommended to use Swimsuits, caps and personal items that are new or have not been previously used in other bodies of water. All materials entering the activity area must undergo a mandatory process of cleaning and disinfection, Following the instructions provided by the organizers, participants will receive the corresponding protocol beforehand and must declare any prior use of equipment in other aquatic environments. Protecting the Perito Moreno Glacier and the ecosystems of Los Glaciares National Park is a shared responsibility between organizers and participants and is an essential condition for participating in the Glacier Immersion experience.

SECURITY PLAN
The safety of participants is an absolute priority throughout the entire experience. A physician will be present at all times, along with support staff and a specific protocol for cold exposure activities. Heated tents, hot drinks, and sheltered spaces will be available in the immersion area for immediate recovery, to facilitate proper post-activity recovery. An emergency ambulance will also be stationed in the Puerto Bajo las Sombras area, within Los Glaciares National Park, ensuring a rapid response to any eventuality. The experience will be led by Professor Lucas Escobar, an instructor specializing in breathing techniques, physiological adaptation, and controlled cold exposure, who will accompany and supervise participants throughout all stages of the program. The entire operation will be conducted under strict safety protocols, aiming to provide a safe and responsible experience in accordance with international best practices for activities in cold environments.
